July 2026 - Chapters Seven through Fifteen

In Part Three of From Shackle to Liberty, Hoa’s quiet determination becomes a race against time. With government surveillance tightening and the future of refugees growing uncertain, he begins shaping a secret escape plan that must succeed at all costs. Every step carries danger: finding a trustworthy boat owner, collecting fuel without suspicion, hiding supplies, protecting his family, and deciding how much risk the group can bear.

As the ocean rises against his home and the authorities draw nearer, Hoa is forced to balance courage with caution, love with sacrifice, and hope with fear. A mysterious vision of the White Dress Lady gives this section a spiritual dimension, guiding him toward the hidden place where preparation meets destiny.

These chapters lead readers to the unforgettable night of April 30, 1979, when Hoa and his family prepare to leave behind their homeland, possessions, memories, and everything familiar in search of freedom across the sea.
